Your Sunday Night Football experience will go through the roof with these chickens strips. It's perfect for large gatherings or quiet evenings. The tenderness of these chicken strips will surpass all store-bought alternatives leaving you with a healthy choice compared to the usual sodium packed alternatives.
The Recipe

To start, you will need 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chill powder, 2 tbsp Salt and 2 tbsp of garlic powder.

Add all this to 2 cups of flour and mix it all together.

Add 1/4 cup buttermilk powder to the flour mixture as well. You can substitute actual buttermilk in the place of the powder. Mix it thoroughly.

Add one egg and mix it again.

Add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture and continue whisking.

If you used the buttermilk previously, add 3/4 cup of milk, but if you used the power, add 1 cup of milk.

So i used chicken breast for this but you can use thighs if you want and cut it into long thin strips.

Now add the chicken to the flour and Buttermilk mixture. Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. This will give you that tenderness.

Heat oil in a skillet and place the chicken in it. You just need 2 minutes on each side to get a good crisp.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Bake the chicken for 17 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit.

...and your chicken is ready!!!!!

Enjoy!!
